Amber Lite iOS App

Amber – from Prodigy Electronics. An innovative retail payment App for Apple iOS devices. Users can converts Apple® mobile devices, into a full fledged Point of Sale system, by using the Using the Amber iOS App with Prodigy payment devices. User just need to plug their Apple® iOS devices iPhone® iPod® iPad® with any of the Prodigy® POS accessory and start to use.

Amber Lite – a dedicated App for evaluating the various Apple MFI certified Point of Sale (POS) accessories manufactured by Prodigy Electronics.

Login Page
User may register to receive their login id and password.
For simple evaluation purpose, user can use the TEST id.

  • CHIP – Read EMV Card
  • SWIPE – Read magnetic swipe card.
  • CONTACTLESS – Read/write contact-less NFC 13.56 RF cards
  • OCTOPUS – Read Balance value from smart cards issued by Octopus Corporation of Hong Kong
  • PAYMENT – Payment processing using a magnetic swipe card.
  • BARCODE – Read 1D barcode symbols

Payment Gateway
The AMBER Lite App is setup for processing payment with Prodigy’s payment processing partners. Payments made using these default settings, will credit to the account of Prodigy Electronics.
