Prodigy's
component divisions supports global customer's to manufacture
custom Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) from its manufacturing
centers in China.
Prodigy supports Printed Circuit Board (PCB) requirements
from 2L to 32L, including complex requirements such
as blind/buried via, backplane and High Density Interconnects(HDI).
Various types of PCB surface finish including HSAL,
Leadfree HASL, OSP, ENIG Immersion Gold, Immersion
tin, flash gold are supported. Special requirements
such as peelable solder mask, carbon ink are provided.
Prodigy's PCB are manufactured using normal FR4; high-TG
FR4 and special laminates such as Rogers. The maximum
board thickness supported is 8mm and maximum copper
thickness is 8 oz.
