Using our rapid prototyping process, we help you walk confidently
into your next sales conference or engineering review meeting with
a prototype in hand. The process used are stereo-lithography (SLA)
and Plastic urethane (PU) castings. |

SLA models are an excellent investment
and can optimize time and money at every stage of the production
cycle. PU castings made through the use of SLA models that have
the look and feel of production molded parts. Production of urethane
castings or plastic prototypes can be used for a variety of applications
such as rapid prototyping and low volume runs. The PU castings also
assit in UL approval and in-house testing. Lead-time for creating
SLA masters are 2~ days and PU castings are 5~ days. |
